This website is for users, families and friends to attend online the memorial ceremony of a passing loved one. There are provisions for users to post pictures, videos and obituary notes. There are options for a user, as a host, to create their own ceremony by choosing existing ceremonial videos as well as uploading their own ceremonial videos to be used along with the chosen existing ones. The website can be used as a supplement to a live memorial ceremony at a facility such as a funeral home.

There is a provision for families and friends to help pay for the cost of using the website by contributing to users/hosts of the virtual memorial ceremony. Families and friends can post condolence messages, contribute to an organization in honor of the passing loved one, and send gifts from vendors listed on the website.
